OK... sure hope I got these right.... tough to reconcile a file name with the actual photo.... N = natural, S = stabilized, B = backed

Prices shown are my etsy prices, everyone here gets 15% off everything over $5 if you order thru the forum and not etsy.

Hiya Phil,
How about you identify the material, and whether it is natural or stabilized?    I always want to know what I am looking at.   And I know I could follow it over to Etsy, but seems like it's nice to have it here too.   Just me...
And while I'm thinking about it--  what appears to be quartz crystals.   Are they?   Thanks!

There's some Kingman in there, some Royston, even one from Cerrillos. And there are both stabilized and natural gem grade.  Just posting them got a little more complicated than I wanted, but if you have a specific one you'd like info on, just post a question or 3...

Quartz crystals - yes. The ones with the quartz are from some old stock Kingman material. Stabilized.

And etsy. yeah, but I figured since I can't post details and prices here, you all could go to etsy and see the weights, prices, source, etc.... <G>

Thanks!

That's not a hole, the crystal is still in there. But I think you could get it out fairly easily... dunno.

It's stabilized Kingman material, with what's usually called a water web or birdseye pattern. Weight is 24.75 carats or 4.93 grams. It's about 29 mm x 21 mm x 3 mm thick. Regular retail on it is $1 per carat, I've got it listed on etsy for $12, 50ยข per carat, which is pretty cheap for the material and my time cabbing it. That's about the cheapest I can do, if I put it on ebay, it's the full price.

Ruby in the middle? That might be cool!

I'd love to buy some but my budget is broken for the rest of the year.  We're trying to finish up stuff on the house and need cash for that, plus we need the cash to travel to BC for Christmas/New Years.  Hence I cannot spend anything till Quartzite.

Oh and Phil - who said you can't sell anything?  You have over 50 posts.

No worries, I'll still have cabs next year. <grin>

Over 50, cool! (Thanks P) can you move this thread over to the sale board?

I just put about 50 + high grade cabs in my etsy store. Rather than post them here, here's a link.

Thanks for looking!
