Hi all -
Any idea what this stone in the pendant might be? Polished on one side; 'broken' on the other.

Hard to read with the reflectivity, I would note though that the surface does not appear broken but looks like they designed the piece around the contact growth surface of the Crystal. Not really a mineral guy Citrine obviously comes to mind but way to hard to guess from the images.

Perhaps placing it on a white piece of paper might get us a clearer view. Also a side view might help.

Thank you both. I agree that the piece was designed around the crystal cut. I snapped it quickly at work; I'll get another shot against white paper.
