Doesnt look like anything I could put a name to like Biggs  or Deschutes..

I found a similar looking material on a forest service website but they refer to it only as "multi-colored jasper"

its from NW Oregon. im betting it is deschutes.
Everything i have in my bins is basically from tillamook & deschutes area
