Uploads of Photos and Avatars are repaired now.
Somehow i forgot to edit the paths for the folders on the server while rebuilding.

Glad all that headache is over.
the other server was so much simpler, it amazes me a hosting would deny access to edit simple items of a forum from its people paying to be on their servers.

Im betting it had something to do with those adult sites or spambots

Good on ya', mate! As a former network admin I remember headaches like that. We're lucky to have a rockhead/geek of your caliber running things behind the scenes. Thanks for getting us going again!

Any idea why this would happen?

When I type Lapidaryforum.net into the nav bar, I'm getting a crazy error. It seems to be defaulting to this:
http://lapidaryforum.net/group/index.php/group/index.php/group/index.php/group/index.php/group/index.php/group/index.php/group/index.php/group/index.php/group/index.php/group/index.php/group/index.php/group/index.php/group/index.php/group/index.php/group/index.php/group/index.php/group/index.php/group/index.php/group/index.php/group/index.php

It works for me if I delete everything except http://lapidaryforum.net/group

Wow. That's a new one. Joshua didn't give browser of version info, so can't even look for answers

I thought he said he was using Firefox.  I use Firefox and I don't have that problem, so I dunno ....

I use firefox, only had the problem temporarily.  Deleted all cookies, restarted my computer and the problem was gone.   :dontknow:
