Wonderstone and oynx
« on: November 26, 2016, 08:58:35 AM »

Wonderstone from the Monte Cristo mountain and oxnx from crystal Nevada. Is everyone getting tired of seeing my oynx spheres? I haven't been posting picture of all of them. If there is any interest I will put one up for auction with the money donated to the forum?

10,000 diamond. It is a little porous I was surprised that it took as good a polish as it did. Wonderstone is different from place to place. The Fallon wonderstone is hard and takes a Great polish. I didn't make it to wonderstone Mountian last summer I will
Have to try next spring

Fallonnis Nevads right! I love the stuff but keep buying wonderstone and getting gritty sandstone like rock. I want to knap it and tumble the scap flakes and spalls.
