Found in my neighbors backyard when they moved out. I knew the previous owner left lots of rocks and went over to take a look.

This stuff is relatively hard but as of yet I have not worked it. I was wondering if it was dino bone ?

It looks more like whalebone to me.  I used to collect it in the San Luis Obispo coastal area.

I'd tend to agree. It even looks to have been rounded by the surf.  Depending on what it weighs and feels like, it may not even be fossilized.
