Thats terrible!  I have some top notch Burro I can send you to have something to work on.  I always worry about a fire or quake here.  We lived in Granada Hills during the Northridge quake here which was huge.  I felt like someone picked our house 15 feet in the air and dropped it, that bad.  It hit so hard that after the quake in the master br we couldn't find any of our knick knacks and come to find that the first wave of the quake threw everything off the dresser on the south wall onto the waterbed but that the water had also moved north so all the stuff was under the waterbed mattress, then the wave from the north hit and everything from the north wall went under the mattress while all the water had shifter to the south.  Well that was what happened to my mineral and fossil specimens that were in my office.  When I was finally able to open the door to it all my shelves of books and specimens, everything was in a 2 foot pile on the floor.

Now my garage is 7 foot and 8 foot shelves down the entire length and filled with totes of rare slabs.  A quake would turn it into tumbling mix in seconds.  Haven't figured out a way to protect it yet.  I was thinking of straps in front of each level of totes to keep them from being thrown from the shelves ( I have them strapped to the roof joists at least so the wont fall).

That sounds like a nightmare cleanup! Sorry to hear about that... The only thing that comes to mind as a possible restraint system would maybe be lagging each tote to the wall with plumbers tape. I dunno. Sounds silly just writing it!

As for the offer, if you won't miss it I would be honored; though I definitely didn't start this thread to fish for replacement material.
