Birthday Rocks
« on: March 09, 2017, 05:54:31 PM »

My kids must really like me, they all pitch in the last few birthdays and get me some crazy material. I should be able to get a couple nice spheres from these with plenty of cab material also.
Beats the hell out of a golf shirt or something along those lines.

The Tigers Eye is 3 1/2" x 8"
The Zoisite 5 1/2" x 9" never seen a sphere made of this, but I will soon!

Put that zoisite and ruby under a LW UV. The ruby part should glow cherry red unless there's some iron in it.
