Crazy Lace Agate
« on: May 13, 2017, 06:17:35 PM »

Killer chunk of crazy lace agate from @PhilNM .

This is two of my biggest passions together in one photograph.
Rocks and mead.

I made the mead (5 gallons), let it age in a used oak whiskey barrel for a few weeks, now I'm just letting it age out for a few months before bottling.

I'll be taking the agate in and cutting it on Monday, so watch this space for some killer slabs.
