stablized turpuoise cutting

can i use oil in my saw on stabilized turquoise?

You can, but I wouldn't. The mineral oil will degrade some treatments. Water is always best for turquoise.

I was cutting large slabs of stabilized material and had no problem with mineral oil in my saw.  That said, if you are cutting small pieces on a trim saw I would certainly use water.
