A Leopard Jasper Canoe
« on: June 17, 2016, 07:50:43 PM »

I had bought 2 Canoes so figured I would work up the 2nd.  I wanted something with a lot of pattern and Leopardskin Jasper (Rhyolite) fills that bill.  I found it easier to get the radii cut the after the practice on the first knife.  I also had a much easier time on the scale to bolster transitions.

The transition ramp up from the bolster to the stone looks very good too.....
