In a few facebook groupls on those facebook live sales i have been buying Opals here and there. some Fire agate windows too.
Just cant bring myself to set my grinding station up to work on them, just too unbearably uncomfortable on my spine sitting in front of the wash machine for so long.

Some really cool nice mid grade stones too. Cant afford those top grade rubs in opals, but what fun is an already rubbed opal anyhow.

It's a disease with no cure. Start down that road and there is no coming back. You'll see color flashes with your eyes closed.
