Paint.net is a free photoshop image editing program, its LOADED with many functions and far more advanced than photoshop.

Download it here, you wont be dissapointed.
All the images i edited for this website and many others i have built have been edited with this program.

If you want the best photo editing software check out "Lightroom" from adobe. It doesnt have all the bells and whistles of photoshop but it is geared way more for a more natural photo edit and you dont really need all them bells. I think the newest version goes for around 90bucks and is worth every penny. ;-)
