Forum Donation Challenge
« on: May 25, 2016, 08:52:51 AM »

I will send anyone who donates $30. from the time I posted this, either enough Polar Mine Jade or Purple Cow to cut 6 cabs.  I just got back last night from my latest trip to the Purple Cow find and I have enough Purple Cow to last me a decade.  I have attached photos of two knives to show the Polar Mine Jade and Purple Cow Jasper as it looks polished.

Just PM me with your shipping address and choice of stone.

The forum.  You hit the button at the top of the page to donate.
Michael is giving away slabs to people for donating to the forum.
Randy or I will verify that the donations were made if required.  We both have access to the Forum Paypal account.

Okay,
Do I need to make another donation or can I just add $5.00 to my $25.00 donation from a couple weeks ago?

This is for new $30. donations as I will be sending great stone that is well worth the $30. donation and I am spending $6.80 in postage for each box I ship (small flat rate priority mail box)!  :icon_sunny:

The money is used for keeping this site up and running.  Hosting fees, bandwidith, etc.  That is all it will ever be used for.  To make sure this site stays here for a very, very long time.   :icon_sunny:

Just also something I am going to add here.
Donating is solely up to the member.  No pressure.
We will never come on and beg for money or donations.  If we feel we need funds for something we will either auction off items to get the cash, or in this case, Michael decided to offer an incentive to folks to donate.  We did spend quite a bit on getting the old forum backed up and spent money as well getting help to deal with a  software platform version conflict - which still isn't resolved, but it's being worked on.

Kent, you're right I guess I missed it.  Getting old and feeble minded sucks.

Okay, Phish keep an eye out for my additional $30.00
