I am going to assume this is some manmade creation that came about because someone was trying to figure out how to create Victoria Stone.
I've never heard of it before.  So what exactly is it?  Lab grown agate with lab grown sagenite or tourmaline in it?  I'm curious.

It's a gorgeous stone.  I could see that set in silver.

You are right Amanda. The creator of this material is making it using natural earth elements similar to how Victoria Stone was made and created.

It's very pretty. Do you know what its properties are (hardness, cleavage, etc.)?

It cuts and acts just like obsidian. Similar to Victoria stone but does not seem as brittle. Conchoidal breakes.

Seems like it but there are rutiles growing in it and some of it looks pretty close to Victoria Stone
