Does anyone know of a relatively solid Orange slab?
« on: October 30, 2023, 02:19:13 PM »

Working on doing some split stone/intarsia knives in the theme of some college colors. Unfortunately the three biggest schools locally here in Florida are UF, UCF and Miami. UCF is black and gold, oddly enough Apache Gold is a super easy match. But both UF and Miami are orange and blue and orange and green. Blue and greens are easy and have lots of matches. Orange on the other hand is really hard to find. I have tried orange calcite, its more yellow than orange. Carnelian is more red than orange and its usually pretty translucent. So what else is orange I can hunt down slabs of?
