Title: Beach 3lb tumbler
Post by: Celt40 on March 11, 2020, 05:38:17 PM
Can I get advice please, I normally use an Evans 3lb rubber barrel on my 3lb machine. My barrel empty must weigh half the 3lb weight, this is before I 3/4 fill it with rock, grit and water. When barrel is ready to go onto the machine it must weigh well over 3lbs. Will this damage my new tumbler. Should I use a plastic barrel which is noisier and harder to seal and open. What weight will the Beach / Evans 3lb tumbler safely take.
Thanks

I am not much of a tumbler but welcome to the forum! Someone here should be able to help.

Hadn't thought of it that way. I thought the 3 pounds was the capacity.
