Usually, TJ Maxx is where I buy my sweaters, but I could not resist this pretty dyed agate end on a stand for $8. If only they had not dyed it.

The dye will probably wash out with alcohol.

I don't understand the post. Without the dye the agate is probably plain white or gray.
