Can anyone tell me a replacement for a crystalite ringleader submersible water pump. Mine has finally bitten the dust. I can't complain as I have used it on and off for 35 years. Maybe it's time to rig up a bucket system rather than work from the tank.
Thanks
Steve

I have a 5gal bucket with a tile saw pump, plumbed with tubing to five machines.
Works great for me being I don't have water plumbed into my shop

I use a pond pump from Home Depot to feed water to my Raytech 8" grinding machines. It is submersible and sits in a 5 gallon bucket with a return hose from the grinder drain. They are available in different sizes with different gph deliveries, should be one that works for you.

you can also go to the dollar store and buy one of those water fall table statue things, then break it apart to steal the dollar store pump lol!

I use a pump out of a swamp cooler. Stick it in a bucket of water up to the bottom of the motor and go to grinding/polishing etc.....

Change out a pump 6 times or buy one for a decade of use.

I needed a pump to spray SiC slurry for a rock drill and the base of the one I had from Grainger was broken. In the catalog, I only saw pumps for hundreds of dollar, so I took it to show them. Amazingly helpful and called higher up for info on a pump that was no longer made and not in catalogs. Finally by comparing the 1/77 HP and other specs, they came up with a replacement that was $47, very comparable to what I had expected was about $35 four decades ago. Extremely helpful personnel!

Thank you all. I appreciate the different answers and ways to get this done. A water pump is installed and running from one bucket to a draining bucket.
