Since I retired we've moved and I no longer have the 2000 square foot lapidary work area. I now have only a three car garage that has to be shared with the UTV and other hobbies. I finally got ambitious enough to build a roller cart for all my arbors and irrigation system. Electrically and plumbing wise it is the same as the lateral layout with automatic water pump activation and cascade filter. The difference is that I now stand for the first four wheels and sit on a mechanics stool for the last four. I also now put the polishing wheels on the end of one of the grinding arbors instead of a separate arbor. The whole thing wheels out of the way.

Going vertical. Great way to save floor space! Looks good and congrats on the retirement. :occasion14:

Where there's a will, there's a way! Thanks for sharing- you're giving me ideas while I figure out my own setup.

Neat setup, vertical saves a bunch of space!
