Title: Beautiful Pietersite Cabochon

Just slabbed a couple kilos of Pietersite.  And have begun making cabs.

This is my first cabochon I’ve ever cut out of Pietersite, and have to say I’m stoked with this material!

Size for reference is 44*18*3mm
24.25 carats

Beautiful work on this stone.  Piet always surprises how well it turns out.  The beauties far outweigh the clunkers.
