Current cabs and WIPs

Well I thought i'd share.. These are 2 pieces of local covellite, chalcopyrite, crysocholla fixed rocks that I am working on... i'll post some photos of my rhodonite heart cabs i'm going to be starting once I fix a few things.

We just got our electric back and the house did not flood or blow apart so it's rock time here also.

We just got our electric back and the house did not flood or blow apart so it's rock time here also.

That's always good. Mt triangular piece is practically sold once finished to a local. I love this material and considering that covellite is considered rare I'm glad I can find it myself.

Very interesting mix in that one.

My local geologist made the comment that it has everything but a bathtub :P

thats exactly what i was just thinking. that stone has so many different minerals in it its cool.
