So I just cut this cab today, and I really liked it when I was cutting it, and then when I was done and it dried I was like "hmm, I really thought it was more colorful. I got it wet for some reason, and then I was really surprised. It changed colors. This is super cool. Is this normal? Does anybody ever market their cabs using this detail?

That is standard for hydrophane opals and some feldspar as well. The difference is between the tones hydrated state and it's dry , or relatively dry state. Agate is porous and some agate is quite porous. Opal can regularly be 17% water beyond the water  that may be found to minerals mixed in with the opal.Fun thing .

I have never seen an agate do that, but it's kind of cool.  Don't know how you would use that to market it though.  Most folks don't usually get wet on purpose when they're wearing jewelry, unless they're swimming.

Well That's what I was kind of thinking, was just mentioning it changes color when wet. Could be a cool summer necklace for going to the beach or swimming pool or something.
