Any stuff in south eastern va

Is there any stones in Virginia that are worth using
I know of quartz quartzite gneiss and sandstone but none of those are overly colorful/pretty

Not much in VA that compares to what you see from other areas.

A former member used to find Unakite somewhere in central VA. He'd find it in a river, but I don't remember where.
