Best setup for an Expando unit
« on: May 16, 2015, 12:21:01 PM »

I don't know where the best place to put this is, but since I use my Expando unit for cutting cabs I would like to ask what the best setup is for a 2 wheel expando unit and what size the nuts holding the wheels generally are? The few times that I have exchanged wheels it was a major project and I think that I used pipe wrenches. I have a spare expando drum. My current setup is an 80 grit diamond wheel on the right and the expando drum on the left.

That sounds correct , a good combo. WD -40 your threads so you can change them in a flash and do not over tighten the nut.
