I5 to seattle
« on: January 04, 2016, 06:37:56 PM »

I am thinking about driving up to Seattle for a craigslist score, but it is a pretty long way to go from oregon for one thing.  Would anyone be willing to point me towards a place where I could stretch my  legs and search for some rock?

I live in town here and would be really stoked to meet another forum member and have lots of areas to chose from. :-)

Yep end of this week. I don't drive but I could probably meet up somewhere or if you wanna come check out my shop you could most likely end up with some local stuff or go out from there. Feel free to call me if you'd like. 206.251.4094

I should be home by the weekend but I can make a big pile of local jade and jasper and you can drive a slightly alternate route down Whidbey island on the way home and pick it up in any case. The Greenbank farm is right on the highway on central Whidbey and my daughter can meet you there and give you the rough. I will put some BC jade in also .  You would then have to drive to the  end of the island  and take the ferry across to the north Seattle suburbs. I will give you directions to a beach we collect at as well so you can stretch your legs as well. Think about it.
