Got a call from a friend who is a contractor a few weeks ago and said he knew a guy who was scraping two rock saws and gave me his info. I called the guy up and met up the next day to check them out. He said he figured he could get a few hundred bucks by scraping them and thats all he wanted for them. After a quick inspection I decided that three hundred bucks was a helluva deal and made plans to pick it up. Well a week later and a couple friends lending a hand, I now have a 18" highland park saw that needs some new bearings and a little tlc all around and a highland park combo unit that just has the 8" trim saw. Im super excited to have a big saw and really looking forward to slabbing stuff up like crazy for beads and such!:-) Pic of my coworker Sam and the saws after loading them up.
