So my Doctor in an effort to try to figure out what is making me ill threw me onto some Diet called the FODMAP diet.  You avoid gluten, wheat, dairy, anything with a high fructose, lactose, galactose and polyol content.  Do the diet for six weeks minimum then start adding back in foods to see what makes you feel ill.

Well I went on an adventurous shopping trip today to search out foods I could eat.  I was highly surprised to find the gluten free items in the picture below...

Pancake mix, pizza crust mix, cake mix, cookie mix, and pasta!

So now I can still make cookies for Peter and I can enjoy a couple and it will not cause a problem with my diet.

Good luck . Obviously this is a long term project but if you finally get some relief it would be more than worth it. As long as we are on the topic of health I have scheduled my spine operation for January 21. The will remove a section of bone of my spine which is crushing my spinal cord. With any luck I should be walking by April.
