Guadalupe Poppy Jasper

This Guadalupe jasper from San Jose California, which is not too far from Morgan Hill thus sharing many of the characteristics of poppy jasper from that area.

Very cool patterns.  I grew up in nearby Cupertino and only got into rocks just before leaving, so I have that feeling of having missed out. Whereabout is it found, in the foothill areas?  Not asking for any secrets just very general info.

The couple of brecciated poppys on the upper portion are awesome. Great looking cab!

Beautiful. Nice solid piece. Much of the small amount I've ever gotten has had fractures. Really like the colors and small poppies in that material.
