never worked with it
I think the old forum had a thread called turquoise talk
l'll check see if I missed anything helpful
questions
where to buy from reputable dealers
stabilize yea or nea
you know all the dope on this rock

Heya Zurn!  I don't have much info for you, other than to be aware of fakes, because they seem more prevalent than aphids on roses.

If you have a chance to go to Tonapah Nevada they have a fee dig at the royston turquoise mines that you would enjoy

I heard the Royston fee dig was not open because the Ottesons sold ownership and we're now just mining for the owners and of course running their retail turquoise operstions?

This is confirmed by the web site: http://www.roystonturquoise.com/minetours.htm . It says they will no longer be offering tours.
