I am looking for some plans for an adjustable height bench to use while I weave.  A point in the right direction would be appreciated.

I have a good friend who is a master craftsman woodworker.  In the tour of his retirement shop of late he showed me his new work table (he does a lot of detailed  inlay work and other fine cabinetry stuff.  His super handy work table was on the base of a dental chair that he had bought at an auction for $80.  It is hydraulic and can be raised and lowered to the exact height convenient for his job.  Its heavy enough that it does not move on the floor, raised by foot pump action and lowered by gravity and he got a good lounge chair for the corner of his office as an extra.  He is still pondering where he will install the CIA interrogation light that came with the setup.  He had mounted a butcher block top on the dental chair pedestal, together with a wood vice, but hey why not your cab machine, foredom or ???

I must be getting old but I couldn't click on any plans themselves at luthieres.
