16th century slag glass
« on: January 29, 2017, 04:28:31 PM »

My with had to have some of this slag glass. It is from Norway, 16th century copper smelting. It's almost too shiny to photograph.

Very early Scandanavian glass beads were imported in large numbers to the mid east, very good bead makers.
