Some more Pink opal ....have a look at the pics I posted under the Australian Variscite post in the other forum..cabs and intarsia etc I think..

Get on the Variscite too!..from Glenn also..he has the only deposit in Australia.

That's really nice looking pink rough.

We picked up a couple of chunks from Glenn at Quartzsite.

We'd never bought this rough before and wound up with a fair amount of the brecciated (and pitty) brown material in them. Still a good enough amount of clean pink for us to cut. The brecciated parts would cut cool cabs if filled. It all polishes nicely.
