Hello from Ontario Canada
« on: December 02, 2020, 03:43:35 PM »

My wife and I have enjoyed travelling, all the while my wife collects rocks. Our last trip was New Zealand. Some of the stones she collected were a perfect shape and size to make into pendants. So I bought a small drill press and when I was going to order some bits I thought I would check out a forum and ask for some advice on what to buy which is how I got here.
Now I'm looking at all the beautiful work that others have done and I can see a diamond saw and polisher in my future.
Anyways I'm sure that I will have lots of questions. I will have to post pics of some Mary's finds, we still have no idea what we have found.
Cheers everyone.

Welcome, from Arizona.

Pretty soon we'll have more members from your side of the border than this side.

You guys should all get together and throw a party. Bet it would be a rockin' good time.

The 6th from the bottom looks like a chunk of well-worn iron. The shells have possibilities if you make jewelry. (The iron too, if small enough). The stones I don't know. Thanks for the photos.
