No more cold Illinois, Sun City West is Best. Been busy setting up my studio. Can hardly wait to get back to my rocks and jewelry.

Well, welcome back!

Now that you're "in the neighborhood" maybe we'll finally get to meet you someday.

Don't know that you'd remember it, but Robin escaped Chicago in 2009. We're in Chino Valley now.

There's a good club down there in Sun City West. We've heard they have a huge workshop and lots of great members.

There is community Lapidary workshop with doubles and triples and more of every piece of equipment you could want. It is in the R.H. Johnson Recreation center. There is a Jewelry workshop too. You have to pass a qualifying test for safety reasons. Also, a stained-glass workshop. I have my own studio at home but will go there for special needs like a saw bigger than my 18" or a special polishing wheel. Will like meeting new people there too.

Maybe I need to move to AZ just for the camaraderie and the great club and shop!  Great to have you back and grats and ditching the winters!
