Smith Handi-Heet Set Up

My wife purchased a unused set for an acetylene B-tank. The regulator only has a single tank pressure gauge . The package was unopened and fellow has since passed away. She is used to the normal two gauge regulator.  How do you set up without the low pressure gauge ?  The package instructions have dual gauges.
