Thank you Bill and Vince!
Lots been going on my end...
Dead computers(loss of links and pwords etc).. notice the plural in use there, selling of equipment to fund life, plenty of heartbreak, plenty of happiness, repurchase of one piece of equipment, would love the other half(cabber) so I can get back into my Zen spot but that day will come when the time is right.
So I've been filling in my years testing knitwear and crochet patterns for designers around the globe.. taking in order for items around the globe with yarn as a form of compensation..now I also have a yarn stash to add to the rock stash.
Yarn stash, 12 large containers worth, rock stash less than one containers worth....something is wrong with that image.

I'm at the stage now where the yarn isn't enough to keep my attention and the rocks are winning again.
My new machine looks like it was a returned lemon but by the time it came to our side of the pond, far to much to return it in entirety. I did have to send the entire facet head back after a ball bearing donged me after 3 hours use. Took them awhile to work out where it came from. Micrometer was swinging wildly with every sweep. fortunately I asked a GO member how to fix that before I dove in. Now it's been sitting(5 yrs?) waiting for me to work up the guts to try to find the true zero point because the gauge just seems wildly out when you look at everything square on. I did find a youtube vid to help with that so I'm going to make a point of trying that this week. Sink or swim as they say.
